1. General Donations:

All donations made to Virtuous Hearts. are considered to be non-refundable contributions towards our cause. However, we understand that there might be exceptional circumstances that could necessitate a refund request.

2. Error in Donation Amount:

If you have made a donation error in terms of the amount donated, please contact us within  7 days of the donation. We will work with you to resolve the issue and process a refund if it’s deemed necessary.

3. Recurring Donations:

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel it, you may do so at any time. Any donations processed before we receive your cancellation request will not be refunded. Please allow up to [Insert Number of Days, e.g., 7 days] for the cancellation to take effect.
